Information the website collects
The newsletter form collects an email address and the signup source. The contact form collects first name, last name, email address, selected topic, message, and submission time. Anti-spam fields may be used to reject automated submissions.
- Do not submit payment information, passwords, government identifiers, or sensitive personal data.
- The site does not currently create customer accounts or accept direct payment.
How information is used
Contact information is used to respond to questions and manage product or business inquiries. Newsletter information is used for Travel Ledge product news, travel tips, and related updates when that email program is active.
- Marketing messages must include an unsubscribe method.
- Contact submissions are not added to the marketing list unless the visitor separately subscribes.
- Contact submissions are not sent to analytics as personal data.
Storage and service providers
Form submissions are designed to be stored in the website’s Cloudflare D1 database through the hosting platform. Hosting providers may process technical request data needed to operate and secure the site. No production analytics or advertising tracker is installed in this build.
- A direct checkout provider will have its own privacy terms if connected.
- Amazon processes information for purchases completed on Amazon under Amazon’s policies.
Retention and deletion
Contact submissions may be retained for up to 24 months when needed to respond, maintain business records, prevent abuse, or resolve an issue. Newsletter signup records may be retained until the visitor unsubscribes or the list is discontinued.
- Use the contact form to request access, correction, or deletion.
- Information may be retained longer when required for security, legal, or recordkeeping obligations.
Cookies and analytics
This build does not install GA4, advertising pixels, or a cookie-consent tool. If analytics, advertising, or checkout technology is added, this notice and consent behavior must be updated before activation.
Changes
This notice may be updated when website features or service providers change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
