A site that should work for more people

Accessibility

Travel Ledge is working toward a clear, keyboard-friendly, readable website. This statement describes implemented practices without claiming formal certification.

Implemented practices

The rebuilt site uses semantic headings and landmarks, visible keyboard focus, descriptive link text, labeled forms, live form status messages, alt text, reduced-motion handling, responsive type, and tap targets designed for mobile use.

  • A skip link moves directly to main content.
  • Navigation and core flows work without pointer-only controls.
  • Color is not the only signal for form status.
  • No autoplaying media, flashing content, or forced popup is included.

Known limitations

The exact production checkout experience, third-party Amazon experience, future video captions, and future email provider are outside the current site code and must be reviewed separately. A complete assistive-technology audit should be run against the final production environment.

Feedback

Use the contact form and choose “Accessibility feedback.” Describe the page, the task you were trying to complete, the browser/device, and the barrier you encountered. Do not include sensitive personal information.

  • Travel Ledge will review accessibility reports and use them to prioritize practical improvements.
  • Third-party experiences such as Amazon should be reported to that provider as well.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is treated as an ongoing product requirement. New pages, checkout changes, forms, media, and third-party tools should be tested before release rather than relying on this statement alone.
